Our extension communicates specific issues or states it encounters through targeted messages, such as:

  1. Stop Bot by Limit: This message appears when you've hit the message-sending limit set in your settings. You can either start a new session or adjust your message limit to continue.

  2. Failed to Call API: Typically a result of temporary internet connectivity issues.

  3. No New Account Found: It might be time to adjust your targeting parameters if you're seeing this message frequently.

  4. Error Sending Message: Check Chrome updates and clipboard permissions.

  5. Parsing Process Stop: Indicates bot inactivity.

  6. Launching Please Wait: Bot is collecting accounts to contact.

  7. Too Many Failed Attempts to Follow: Follow attempt issues typically related to Instagram restrictions.

  8. Too many failed attempts to open conversation: Extension couldn’t open IG Conversation. Please follow the instructions below to resolve this error:

    • Use a new Chrome session (Click on Chrome Profile → Add new)

    • Make sure only AutoIGDM is installed, no other extension.

    • Enable pop-ups and clipboard access if asked for it

    • Disable all Ad-blockers on that Chrome session

    • Don’t close the Instagram tab when running the extension

    • Don’t click around on the Tab on which the extension is active

    • Don't sendmore than 50DMs per day per account

  9. No payment information found for your account: Please contact the support.
