B) In-app “Disagree with decision”
When a post/story/reel/message is removed or limited, you’ll typically see a Disagree or Request review button on the enforcement screen or inside Account Status.
C) Disabled account appeal (can’t log in)
If you’re fully locked out with a “disabled” message, submit the official disabled account contact form (you may be asked to upload ID).
D) If your appeal is denied and you still believe it’s wrong
Some content decisions qualify for a second-level review by the Oversight Board (independent but Meta-created). You’ll see eligibility inside Account Status or your Support Inbox when applicable.
