Tags help you organize your messages, especially when you talk to different groups or cover various topics. They make sure your messages go to the right people. Here's a simple way to make and use tags.
Go to the tags settings page.
Make a Tag: Look for a "+ Create a new Tag" button.
Pick a Color: Choose a color for your tag to tell it apart from others easily.
Name Your Tag: Name it something clear, like "Fitness Influencers" if that's who you're reaching out to. The name should clearly show who or what the tag is for.
Create It: Now, you can use it to sort your outreach.
Using Tags
Sort and Filter: With tags made, you can sort and filter in the Backoffice.
Delete Tags: You can remove a tag if you don't need one anymore using the trash icon for this.
