Account Statuses explained

This highlights the different account statuses and their various meaning

  • In progress

    • After connecting your account or updating your account credentials, the status will be “in progress”. This will change as soon as our system verifies your provided credentials.

  • Warming up

    • If your account has been connected correctly & confirmed by our system, it will switch to “warming up”.

    • Warming up” means that we are doing human actions (scrolling the feed, watching reels) on your account in order to keep your account safe. During this phase, we do not send DMs.

      Note: You have to connect your account to a campaign in order for the “warming up” status to change to “active” after a warm up is completed.

  • Active

    • Once your account is connected to an active campaign & sending DMs, the status will be “Active

  • Password incorrect

    • If you provided an incorrect password for your Instagram account, the status will be “Password incorrect”.

    • You can click on your account to edit your submitted password.

      • Please double-check that your password is correct before submitting it again.

  • Secret key incorrect

    • If you provided an incorrect secret key for your Instagram account, the status will be “Secret key incorrect”.

    • You can click on your account to edit your submitted secret key.

      • Please watch the tutorial video shown on the “Edit Credentials” page of your account until the very end to ensure this is set up correctly.
