How do I add additional Instagram accounts to Pro?
To add additional Instagram accounts, navigate to the "accounts" page & click "add new".
After confirming, we will automatically charge your card on a prorated amount based on your billing period & you will have an additional seat activated in your subscription!
How does the warmup work?
After logging into your account successfully, we will warm up your account on the new IP address by doing organic actions such as scrolling through the feed. This is to ensure the safety of your account.
Please note, during this initial warm-up period, we are NOT sending any DMs. Once the warm-up is completed and we start sending DMs, you will be notified via email.
How long does the warmup take?
The warmup period takes around 48-72 hours.
I got a popup from Instagram saying they detected automated behavior. What should I do?
This popup can occur for some users due to the fact that we have accessed the account from another IP. However, this popup can be dismissed without any concern, since it also gets shown to users randomly from time to time. We have never had any issues with account safety of our clients & use the highest quality systems to ensure account safety.

You can send 50 DMs per day per Instagram account. This total amount of 50 DMs includes any followups in case of no-reply.
Can I do any manual outreach while using this service?
No, you should NOT do any outreach while using this service. By doing so, you will be putting your account at risk.
You can speak to people as usual, and once they replied to your message, you can lead conversations. Manual cold outreach should be avoided.
Do followup DMs in case of no reply count towards the 50 DMs/day limit?
Yes, these DMs count towards the 50/day limit.
